NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO CANCELLATIONS! Returns accepted for Boutique credit only available on retail items(THIS EXCLUDES DUCHESS' DOWRY EXCLUSIVES). Must be undamaged, free of wear and tear, with original tags. You are eligible for The Duchess' Dowry Boutique Credit as long as your unwanted Dowry(items) is returned to us within 7 days after delivery. Please email us with your order number and the name of the items you plan to return. 

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchange, or boutique credit.

No RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, SHAPEWEAR, LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR, ETC.

Customer responsible for return shipping. CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed on retail items ONLY if replacement is in stock.
